Refund Policy

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
• Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@swerauk.com with your order number and details.

Shipping Returns

• To return your product, send it to: Unit 7, Slough Business Park, 94 Farnham Road  Slough , SL1 3FQ.
• You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake.
